Certification & Licensing Support
You’re graduating with your school certification – and now it’s time to consider State certification! The CAMTC, or California Massage Therapy Council, is the state certifying entity in California. They issue a Massage Therapy Certification at 500 hours. The Certification is considered voluntary, however, many counties, cities, and businesses require it, so we encourage everyone to apply.

Note that other states may have different requirements than California and you may need to take further education to meet those requirements, depending on the program you accomplished in California. We offer free transcript review to any graduate who asks.
Healing Hands School of Holistic Health has Institutional Accreditation through ABHES - Accreditation Bureau of Health Education Schools. This means the transcripts that you earn at HHSHH can be utilized to be become Licensed or Certified in states that recognize institutional accreditation. We are happy to guarantee support for any future state, or licensing entity which you may apply. When you request transcripts to be sent to a different state, we will review your transcripts against the requirements of that state and give you the best advice to become licensed or certified in that state.
