Christina returned to her healing roots through Holistic Health and Wellness in 2013.  Reiki brought her back to herself and into bodywork.  A Reiki Master Teacher with 6 lineages.  She is passionate about healing the mind, body and soul through Exercise,  Nutrition and Bodywork. She was recently Certified as a Fitness Trainer "for Funsies " and continues to study healing Arts and Nutrition so that she can help herself and help others do the same. Christina received her certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Laguna Hills, CA in September 2014.
