Chris Harmon, received his Holistic Health Practitioner Certification from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Escondido, CA in June 2007, but he began his journey in therapeutic massage practice back in 1977. A former competitive runner, Chris is known in the athletic world community for helping athletes recover from repetitive-use related injuries. His main focus is Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction. Chris enjoys being behind the scenes tuning-up elite athletes before and after major competitions in the San Diego area. He finds great fulfillment in being involved in helping athletes in all sports on the high school, college, and elite professional levels.

Chris has always been drawn to seeking the path of healthful living in balance with the full spectrum of life. He believes that bodywork is an essential part of healing in the human experience. Chris has come to the understanding that as facilitators of healing, each one of us has a set of keys unique to ourselves that unlock the healing process in those we touch. Bodywork is a dance between the giver and the receiver, a true harmonic relationship.

Chris instructs Advanced Circulatory & Sports Massage, Tui Na Acupressure, Triggerpoint Therapy, and Thai Massage.
