Generally, musculo-skeletal disorders involving repetitive stress or cumulative traumas are endemic to recreation and work, a large territory involving our locomotor structures and their function/dysfunction, use and abuse. Special attention will; be paid to matching treatment to injury, treatment adaptability and the appropriate use of rehabilitation/prevention protocols (within the scope of practice of massage therapy). A deepening of anatomical, biological, and kinesiological knowledge will be foundational for accurate, evidence based clinical reasoning.
